We support “hack-backs” (counter attacks aimed at disabling or collecting evidence against a perpetrator) as a legitimate form of self-defense of persons and organizations on the cybersecurity front.  The right to defend oneself in our current era must be expanded in order to preserve the safety, property, and livelihood of Texans.
