We oppose the expansion of legalized gambling. We oppose and call for a veto of any budget that relies on expansion of legalized gambling as a method of finance.  We urge the Texas Legislature to enact legislation that repeals the State Lottery and the ambiguous “fuzzy animal” exemption currently found in the Penal Code.
