The Texas Legislature should add to the Texas Penal Code legislation protecting individual medical and health freedom by banning any vaccine or mask mandates, vaccine passports, and familial separation or isolation mandates for the citizens of Texas regardless of whether these mandates are enacted by the government or private businesses.  Furthermore, this legislation should prevent employers from hiring, promoting, or firing workers based on vaccination status.
