Border Security and Immigration

259. Sanctuary Cities

State and Federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not compliant with immigration laws. The State shall prosecute the responsible elected officials of sanctuary cities/counties/states for obstruction of immigration laws.
