73. Social Media Freedom

We call on our Congressional Delegation to push for reform of Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act to limit the ability of online social media platforms to censor the speech of citizens in the new digital town square, which they currently control. We support Texas legislative efforts, such as HB 20 of the 87th Second Called Session, that afford Texas residents the power to sue Big Tech Companies for targeting and censorship.
