74. Cyber Security Self-Defense
We support "hack-backs," defined as counterattacks aimed at disabling or collecting evidence against a perpetrator, as a legitimate form of self-defense of persons and organizations in order to ensure their cyber security. The right to defend oneself in our current era must be expanded in order to preserve the safety, property, and livelihood of Texans.
