We support reversing State and Federal legislation and court decisions that have damaged patent rights for Texas independent inventors and startups. These actions include abolishing administrative tribunals and restoring injunctive relief, thus restoring the United States patent system and driving America back to leading the world technologically, economically, and militarily.
