192. Detransitioners
We support detransitioners and desisters in their pursuit of establishing a healthy lifestyle after being harmed by the gender identity industry, including:
a) The extension of statute of limitations for medical malpractice suits from two years to ten years, or until the individual is 26 years old, whichever is longer, for persons who underwent social or medical “transition” as minors and have suffered mental or physical damage as a result. 32 Table of Contents
b) Requiring health insurance companies that fund social or medical “transition” procedures or therapy to also fully fund the expenses incurred due to deleterious side effects and treatment necessary to detransition or desist safely .
